Getting Started with Hysabee

Follow these simple steps to set up your account and start tracking credit sales in minutes.

Hysabee is a Progressive Web App, so you don't need to download from an app store. Just visit app.hysabee.com and sign up.

  • Open your browser and go to app.hysabee.com
  • Once signed up, you'll get a prompt to install the app to your device
  • Works on all devices - iOS, Android, and desktop

Create Your Super Admin Account

Set up your account as a Super Admin. Takes less than 2 minutes. You'll be the account owner with full control.

  • Enter your business name and details
  • Create a strong password
  • Verify your email or phone with OTP - you're now the Super Admin!

Set Up Your Branches & Team (Optional)

If you have multiple store locations, add them now. Team members can be added later (Pro plan only).

  • Go to 'Branches' to add multiple store locations
  • Each branch can track its own credit sales separately
  • Team members (Pro plan) can be assigned to specific branches with controlled permissions

Add Your First Customer & Credit Sale

Start recording credit sales by adding a customer and logging their first transaction.

  • Go to 'Customers' and tap '+ Add Customer'
  • Enter their name, phone, email, and credit limit
  • Tap '+ New Sale' to record their first credit transaction
  • Enter the amount, items, and tap 'Save' - instantly recorded!

Track Payments & Access Reports

Monitor payments, send reminders, and get insights with real-time reports.

  • Log repayments when customers pay via 'Log Payment'
  • Send payment reminders via WhatsApp or SMS with one tap
  • View detailed reports on outstanding credits, payment trends, and customer behavior
  • Export data as CSV or PDF for your records
