By creating an account and using Hysabee, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Hysabee provides a cloud-based credit management system designed for retail businesses in the GCC region. Our service includes:

• Digital credit ledger and transaction tracking

• Customer management and credit limit controls

• Payment tracking and reminder systems

• Reporting and analytics tools

• Multi-user access with role-based permissions

• Mobile and web application access

To use Hysabee, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account without authorization.

You agree to use Hysabee only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the service

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our software

Hysabee offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features as described on our pricing page

• Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions with full features

• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Hysabee. We claim no ownership over your customer data, transaction records, or business information.

By using our service, you grant us permission to:

• Store and process your data to provide the service

• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements

• Back up your data for disaster recovery purposes

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical data.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance

• Service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control

• Data loss due to your failure to maintain backups

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

Hysabee and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by us. The software, design, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works

• Reverse engineer or decompile the software

• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

• Use our trademarks without written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hysabee shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Data loss or corruption

• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hysabee from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service

• Your violation of these terms

• Your violation of any rights of others

• Your data or content

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service

• Your payment fails or account is past due

• We are required to do so by law

• We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data.

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
